As a 4-year-old, Alex wanted to help her community and decided to create a neighborhood food drive in support of the Hoosier Hills Food Bank. She recognized the importance of everyone having enough to eat, and that it could make a big difference if everyone that was able to help, given what they could. Alex walked through her neighborhood with her father and knocked on dozens of doors.
